Terms & Conditions

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy (48 hours for appointments of 2 hours or longer). If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 (or 48) hours notice, we gently ask for an optional donation towards missed appointments we are unable to fill.

Please also note that we are often very fully booked so it is important to arrive early or on time.

If you arrive more than a third of a way through the scheduled appointment, it is possible that we may not be able to complete the service to your satisfaction or at all. This may also be treated as a missed appointment.
